5 Tips for Better Sleep

How Many Hours Do Your Teenagers Sleep Per Night?

Based on this infographic from schools.com, hopefully it is more than 5 hours per night!

 

5 Areas to Look Into to Help Teenagers & the Rest of Us (no pun intended) Get Better Sleep:

  1. Do they like their bed?  Is it the right firmness? When was the last time they purchased their own sheets?
  2. How often and when are they exercising?
  3. Are fruits and vegetables a reality?  Vitamins?
  4. How are they training their “body clock”  - is it confused because every night is a different rhythm?
  5. Is there a bedtime ritual?
